Challenge

Capsenta needed a tool that allows for the easy creation of ontological structures so that key decision-makers can easily read and manipulate complex data models. The primary roles we designed for were the executive, the business user, the knowledge engineer, and the IT developer.

Solution

We designed a drag-and-drop design tool that allows content creators and database managers to create interactive knowledge graphs. Business users and Executives can focus on and manipulate objects to view their relationships with other objects in unique and meaningful ways. We named these building blocks Concepts, Relationships, and Attributes. Zooming the canvas area in and out sets the fidelity of the information presented to the user.

Data.world acquired Capsenta for the rights to Grafo.
