Our client owns a massive amount of financial data on consumers and businesses and needed to better understand their potential in entering the market.
My objective in 2022 was to present a persuasive case to our client regarding funding for a long-term initiative.
Challenge
There is no single source of truth in the market today, but there is a race to create a unified platform for all consumer and commercial data sources. Consumers are demanding more privacy and control.
Solution
We conducted user and market research and determined that our client, with many decades of financial and credit data on hundreds of millions of people and businesses, is uniquely positioned to enter the burgeoning market as a key player or partner and how they could effective in the space. The result of our research helped our sponsor secure additional funding for a longer-term initiative.
